Bret Dowell Knives

Love all the pieces shown, very happy to see this thread constantly updated with more pieces of Bret's hard work.

The macro photos of the muskrat are great Peter and that dogleg definitely pops with those blue liners~

Perfect size for my pocket, wicked sharp, superb fit and finish. Lovin' this knife, thanks Bret!

@Gies340 and Chief - oh, yes........utter beauts, congrats to you both, gents  :)

Vince posted the WIP pics of this 3-5/8" trapper a couple of pages back. As he said, the Westinghouse micarta will change color over time. With the light outsides and the orange/yellow center, it fits perfect in the middle of these other two done in vintage bone linen micarta. The top Bird and Trout is very yellowed and the bottom Skinner is still very white in color.

The colour drastically changes when you use them my friend ;) jkjk haha I know you use'em. Nice to see the variance of Westinghouse~

New group shot. Deep hollow grind on the dogleg "sings" with sharpness ... stoopid sharp. Could it be "it"??
