I had the same thought...

However, with my new Delica 4 I still haven't found a need to take it apart, even though the option is there.

Pins or Torx, I'm buying one.
 
I thought the same thing but disassembly and application of Smooth Kote and BP2000 turned a great action into butter! It is amazingly smooth now! You just can't get it lubed the same from the outside, even with their needle like applicator.

Yes Axlis13, NGK does have a waiting list. I was a little surprised, but really I should not have been. I do believe that this is going to be a very popular knife!!
