Ban, do you plan the recurve one goes on or only the straight one? If the recurve is lost I jump on one of the straights. ;)

The recurve will live on!:thumbup: I am just waiting to get the blanks for them. There are only a few request for them compared to the straight BT4.
 
oh..... and the coveted......... Recurve..... You guys will get yours soon..... i heard a rumor that a few Bt 4's might be getting heat treated this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????????????????????

Chickenplucker, I can etch my logo on the ricasso if you want it. I will be doing a smaller stamp logo on the ricasso in the future. I don't want to etch the main bevel because it will get screwed up when I have to polish out the convex edges or refurbish a knife.

Kellyglanzer, The blades were sent out and professionally heat treated and cryo'd. I am looking to switching over to A2 after I finish the rest of this 3V stock I have. 3V is a real pain in the rear for me to polish out.

Marcelo, The BT4 was the very first proto. I decided to extend the handle slabs when I made the BT4Recurve. It was mainly for aesthetics.

If the interest is there then I may do a run of 20 or so BT4s and then move on to another model.

Both knives are SPF!
