Trax, brooksknives, mfinden, your 110 tin cans are in route. Always glad to help feed the old buck fever. "Keep em sharp"

Well...Cujo the beagle barks like crazy when the mail"person" drops off the mail...barking a few minutes later means the mailperson has come back to drop off a package...

John, thank you for the Wally World 110...packaged like Ft. Knox. Had to use a 110 to get to the 110!!!

Now the dilema of wondering if I should even open it up or save for the future...maybe a time capsule or something.

Thanks for taking the time to help a new member of this forum. And, like the bubble wrap, this smile's for you: :)

All The Best,
Marvin.

mfinden, you should save it for a rainy day.......oh it's rainin today!!!!!

Dogs are cool! I have three now (all rescues), down from five...but when I was at the vet last summer, there was a beagle there named "Bailey"...heh, heh..."Beagle Bailey"...I told the guy that was very cool; he said I was the first one who got it...

It always seems that if anyone can do anything for ya...the never hesitate to do what they can. We have a nice group in this forum...

DarrylS...in the short time I've been here, I have to agree with you. It's been an impressive group to date and all have answered any crazy thing I have asked nicely and been quite generous to the "new guy". Was thinking today how much fun it is...and that is what it should be about...fun and helping others (IMHO).

I'm guessing these will probably bring a decent price on in a year or two, especially if the complete tin is still sealed in the original plastic shrink wrap.

My guess is it would be smart to hang on to these for a little while and resist the urge to break them open.

For those that may have missed out on JB4570's kindness:

I am not involved in this sale and pass this only as FYI.
There are eight of these that went up on e-bay a bit over an hour ago. "Buy It Now" for $18.99 plus about $10.00 for shipping from their orgin to Calif.
Don't say if they are still in shrink wrap or not...

...There's a buncha these up for sale on "THAT AUCTION SITE" fer $23.99 and they'll ship 'em free...

We're not allowed to say their name??? Or post a link to them???

I just sent in a MO to a seller on bladeauction.com... :D

...LOL...Every time I say the name of that "Auction place" I end up bidding on somethin'...The wife has determined that the next bid I make will result in "papers" being filed...LMAO...:D  :p

LOL, you too!!! I've been told not to buy anything else from ebay unless I get the approval from my "BOSS". OK, OK I know I'm addicted. Not to break her rules I've been shopping the online stores!!!!! It's not ebay. But, how will I explain the package when the mail man rings the bell and runs......he knows the wife gets mad when I get a delivery.:D

...Oh man...Wish you'da suggested that before I made my last buy this week Mike...LMAO...Gotta talk to my neighbor who works fer the Post Office to keep any packages with my name on it there...OR...I got it...I'll ask him to bring them home with him and I could pick 'em up when he gets home...GREAT IDEA Mike...:D :D :D :p

Do what I do and make arrangements to pick it up at the post office! :o

Good idea! I've been thinking about a PO box.

I have so many knives now, my wife no longer notices when a new one hits the drawer unless she intercepts the UPS man (I haven't figured out how to pick those up yet) She shows her friends my knife drawer and the comments are mostly..."But they all look alike." Perhaps to your average female they do.

Does that mean that to me [as an average male] all her shoes should look alike???

...Exactly what mine says Mike. I just wish I had a way to explain to her what the differences are and why they matter to me...It has to be something in their genetic makeup I'm thinkin'...LOL...
