When I first saw these, I got pretty excited, but the price put me off. I don't know if it's a trend everywhere yet, but I grabbed one at that WWII Naval Battle store for a decent price last week. The price there seems to be based on some kind of algorithm, because it's slightly up from what I paid. I'll post photos when it comes in.

Couldn't resist the recent pricing. When Buck is firing on all cylinders, they're one of my favorite companies. They were definitely in the zone when they made this one. Everything is as good as can be expected. Super thrilled with it.

It definitely feels chunkier than my 2-dot, but I think that's because the corners of the wood on my 2-dot have seen a few more years of handling. Also, it's slightly heavier. The Legacy Tribute is 6.6 ounces on my kitchen scale vs. 6.2 ounces for my 2-dot.
