Buck fixed blade Fridays

This may be interesting to some.

Top knife is a fairly rare buildout and the bottom knife is apparently a one only mistake that I think was done as part of the same bunch of knives.

Anyway they are cherished fixed blades that I hereby present for Fixed Blade Fridays. :)

Very cool.
I always wanted to grab one of those.
Now they're hard to find and priced accordingly.

I have a few BG42 knives, and always wanted to take one hunting someday.
Never really used it, but it seems like wonderful stuff.

And a BG42 Vanguard is about as good as you can hope for.
👍
I do like the 192 and have carried one on several hunting trips but never got to use it. It was an AG 692 with S30V.
Here are several others that I have but won't use or carry.
Top one is a Joe Houser 192 stag and BG42. Second one is a Bass Pro 192 CMP154 and DLC coated. Third is an older web special stag and 420HC. Fourth is a 2002 692. 420HC.
