1595ALBLK...very interesting. Very interesting indeed!

It kinda suprises me that more people don't seem to know much about this knife. The only place you really see them is on the Bay but they are really nice. Especially since the looks of the regular Speed Bump are a love/hate sort of affair. The ALBLK is more standard when compared with the rest of the Kershaw line. The handle scales are much like the Cyclones.

OL, if you ever have a chance to see Disturbed live, you should. It was a great show. David Dramian actually bumped into my wife and almost knocked her down. It was weird to see the lead singer of a rock band out in the crowd before the show.

I know about it because I have one. I like the size to weight ratio the best.

I wonder if Steve could do a tip up low rider...Mike, in your opinion, is there enough space at the end of the handle to do this? Another question: is the handle as slick as the Shallot?

i know i want to. listenin to them as i type this actually lol.

have you figured out what steel the unmarked bumps have yet?

I saw Disturbed in concert one time and they closed with "The Sickness"... it was awesome.

I guess I'm kinda showing my age with that comment :D

Would that be young or old? Disturbed aren't that old right? I have no idea what you kids listen to these days, not that I had any idea when I was a teenager either.

OL, I think the consensus on the unmarked Bumps is that they are 13C26.

dedguy, that would be relatively young. I listened to those guys alot when I was a freshman in college, way way back in '99.

cool. thats what i thought, but i wasnt sure. pretty good i must say.

you really aren't too much older than me then spiral. @dedguy: i dont listen to half of what teens nowadays do. most new bands suck anyway.

I totally disagree, but that is not a discussion for this thread or this forum unfortunatly. But I'll say this. There is always good new music. You just have to know what you like and how to find it.

I think you could do it but you would have to go with 3 screws in a 7 type of shape to get around the three holes at the end of handle. It couldn't hurt to ask him. If you do let me know what he says.

KD: I have both. One says S30V (Mismark) The other says nothing about the blade steel.

OL: The older Specs are CPM 154 and the new ones are S30V
