This thread reminds me of trying to ask Skunk that magic question that will actually yield the information that you want.;)

After writing technical stuff for the past 27 years the bottom line is that if a person misreads the language you used to convey an idea then the language you used needs to be changed.

Too bad congress never gets this message when they write tax code.:grumpy:

ok, i need to chime in here, i sped read this all through the bottom of a bottle of scothc.

this is nuts to say the least. smith and wesson doesn't send a firearm to all the holster makers in the world and neither does colt or any of the others big or small.

busse knives are to be considered to be semi custom knives because at any one time half of the workers are drunk!

i for one usually have two sheaths made for my users, one in kydex for water and camp boxes and one for leather when i go on a date in the woods.

all scabbards will fit better when custom built for your blades, so buck up lil campers, send your knife off to the recommended makers and use your spare while its gone

.

You did not read that part of the paragraph from Busse's website that says "they have Busse knives to work with"

May God Bless you and yes I am looking forward to getting the ASH-1.

If a moderator could close this thread for me would be great!

Thanks
RickJ

I'll lock it for you by your request. I read it and comprehended it just fine. There is nothing in that sentence that indicates that knives were provided by Busse to makers. I make sheaths in very small numbers and Jerry has never sent me a knife for patterns, true I am not on his list but that is because I can't work on them full time.
