Cabela's AG Stag 110s...

Well here it is...can't say it was as good as I hoped. But its OK. It also looks like a return from a store I'm guessing from the sticker on the blade. I really like the stag on the right side. Both pieces are a little fat and feel really good in the hand. It locks up tight...nice piece all in all.

I'm pretty sure that mail order knives did not come with a sticker (at least mine did not), so this one most likely was in a show case at some point in time. Nevertheless, it's a fine specimen!
 
Hi Gordon,

That one Appear's to be in the same condition as the Bone handled display knife I saw at Bass Pro Shop just after Xmas. It even had a sticker on the blade, But the BPS bone also had some scratch's on the bolsters.

Just be careful that you don't clean off the black coating or the AG logo.

One other thing about the Stag AG is the blade is a 2006 and the cat# sticker is dated May 2007. It sat around for a while.
 
It's back again.... :confused: ... Bucks Cabela's Alaskan Guide 110 S30V Stag Folder Knife... For how long??? I sure don't know... :)
 
Indeed it is back again - I just ordered one. Cabela's says they have "at least half a dozen" of them. If you've been wanting one, better jump on it now.

Well, then, I guess that last post of mine counts as my good deed for the day. :)

Terrible timing on this for me; I just spent $525 on a Randall Stanaback Special from Chris Stanaback on Wednesday. Oh well, I'm sure I won't regret it.

I just bought an Alaskan Guide in Stag from Cabelas.
They said it was in stock. I hope so.
My collection is growing. Yikes!
My three boys are going to have a nice selection when I hit the sod.

A special thanks to :thumbup:Armand:thumbup: for letting us know that they were back in stock! I just received a shipping notice from Cabelas letting me know that mine is on it's way.:)
 
Now I will have two of them. The one that I already have is quite a bit "older", so I'll keep it as is. I think I'll try to take the gold AG logo off of the new one If I can find the thread telling me what to use,

I sure don't want to mess it up doing it though, so if there's any chance of doing that I won't.

When you get this last one you just ordered, how about showing us a picture?
I have this idea that all the store's remaining inventory was pulled back to sold via thier internet site hence the its on again off again. Do this suggest to anyone else that that's it for the Stag AG110?

I'm interested in the knife's appearance. Mine has two stickers on the box in addition to the one on the blade. Ugggghhh.

I'll post a picture of it alongside the older one that I have. I've got a whole bunch of new Bucks to take and post pictures of as soon as I have the time.
