More work, thats what!! LOL

:D

smokin' set of toys on your table, WW!

Thanks fellas!!

The becker micarta really makes a big difference in the feel of the knife. Makes it feel more like a custom and like a much more expensive knife!! Glad the person paid me for stonewashing and sharpening his blades with river store gift card funds now LOL, at the time i was like.... Ehh??? But it came in handy.. HA, handy for handles!! :D

Also, I had no idea that hawk was so thick!! I didnt really get any of the specs on it when i decided to trade for it, All i knew was it was 52100 steel...But now that i have it in hand i really like it. I have already stuck it into a log and it bites pretty damn deep. Cant wait to get out and get a chance to throw it!!

The gun shop had a nice Golani sporter that I would love to have. Maybe next payday if they still have it.

Nice score Hoss!!

But aren't glocks cheaply made polymer garbage for people who cant afford, and dont know how to use, real firearms??

-snark, i just love the debate you get when you start talking about glocks :p Almost as good as when you talk talon hole VS spydie hole :D

Those little hatchets are freakin' cool WW. Very creative design.

It's true. Glocks are utter garbage. If anyone has any I'll be happy to get rid of them for you. I'll even pay scrap price for it.

If i had any id be in a world of trouble LOL

Man i just weighed that hawk... It weighs 2.72 pounds without the sheath!!!

Throwing it will be a workout HAHA

Sounds like my kinda hawk!

I'm still not convinced about that 'tail' it has. If I owned it, I would want to cut it off and sand it rounded or pointy just before the second pin.

I was a cheapskate and bought a esee 3 without a sheath, so I had to spend money to make one... makes sense I think.

Mmmmm...... That new Glock smell. It's been a while since I've experienced that. My trusty old Gen2 G22 police trade-in is still ticking along quite well.

I don't really want a .40, but those 22 trade-ins are pretty cheap.

What was the price of it without the sheath? Usually they are quite the deal without the sheaths. So even if the sheath costs $15 to make it's still a hell of a deal.

Glocks. mmm. they're okay.

Steyr is better :D

Glock noticed and copied some features ;)

though imho Springfield XDM 5.25 is damn fine

whatever fits your hands best though

Before i got it i was thinking id do just that, grind it off right at the bend.... Now im not so sure, it depends on how it throws. If it throws good it will stay as is, if it doesnt throw very good.... Well then i dunno, this is some thick steel. Id likely go through 50 belts trying to grind down this thick of hardened 52100 LOL

I also need to get some shock cord for the sheath, or figure up a retention strap of some sorts. The sheath is sweet, just doesnt hold the hawk in very well. Id hate to have nearly 3 pounds of steel sharp on both ends hitting my foot, or worse LOL

Check this thing out, just seen the commercial and my son wants one BAD!! Hell he could pull ME around with it if it can really do what it claims. 200 pounds ???? WOW.
