Definetly the same guy!!! How do think i new what his inventory was? I have pictures that weresent to me with PVKNIFE printed in the background. The guy on that website is JOSH. Hey i really do not care about the squirrel, i just do not want anyone to get screwed.

He used PVK's pics (and other's) in his scam. PVK is located in Massachusetts and owned by Josh Burbank.

This guy operates out of Tennessee. And the name he last went with was "Josh Whittle"...

My apology to PVKNIFE.COM. You guys are the pro's at this. I am new to the forum. He called me and sent pictures with PVK and basically said that it was his inventory. Coincedence that both persons are named JOSH. My bad. Just looking out for others!!!
 
Me being a trusting sort, made a deal with jada2007. I have already shipped my knife 2 days ago USPS priority with confirmation, and of course I have heard nothing from him since. Any ideas on how I should proceed? Postmaster? Should I call his local Police Dept.? File a claim in small claims court? Any advice would be appreciated.

Basically, you can get the USPS to divert your package back to you if you have the Delivery Confirm#. Has to be done ASAP though so contact your PO tomorrow AM...

This same guy just screwed someone over on another forum I visit. He's doing it all over. I think the guy he screwed this time has contacted the police.
 
Wow!! I was about to "trade" with him today too. Might go and close his thread in the for trade section and ban his IP so he will leave honest good people alone to do truthful business.
 
Banning an IP doesn't always work. People can have more than one IP. IPs can be used in an area with bad guys and good guys. It can be much more complicated than just banning an IP.
 
Ip's can change when the modem is shut on and off. The only way to effectively ban a user by IP is a range band, which like Esav said can ban everybody in an area not just the one desired.

That boy just keeps playing with fire. Use searchbug.com and look up his address and you will be provided a phone number, his dad answered when I called. Have a little talk with dad first, it does wonders.
