I would do nothing of the sort to jeopardize me being taken away from my daughter. I agree, something is not right or your knives would have been back by now. Tuesday is here. You never explained how you will be sending the money.
Easiest and fairest way to do the transaction would be through paypal.
It only takes a few minutes to set up an account using a Checking or Credit Card.

Can be sent through the gift option.

$210 even. $200 for the knives and $10 to temporarily insure the MO you have with the knives.

3 weeks to ship any item within the US is proof of a problem. Either lost or shipped incorrectly.

This situation should be a priority. Sooner we solve this the better for the both of us.

What kind of shipping method did your girlfriend use to ship my knives?
She was given a receipt.

It is the senders responsibility to ship the item successfully from A to B regardless of issues with the USPS.

I agree it is way too long for shipping. Until they show, give me a fair price of the knives and i'll send itTuesday when I get paid. You can file 10 police reports for all I care. I've been through this myself for alot more than two cheap knives and there is nothing to be done when the knives HAVE BEEN SENT. I've been screwed out of more than $3,000 in knives and gone to the police and postmaster just to be told there is nothing we can do with an online deal like this. No knives.

Care to explain what kind of shipping was used? 14 days is absurd for shipping.
I'm assuming Priority Mail was not used and find it irresponsible Delivery Confirmation wasn't used.

I think it's fair to say I am getting impatient.
As of now I have no certainty where my knives are and all I have from you is a "guarantee" with no reassurance.

How long do you assume I wait until I demand a refund?
Preferably would not like to get the Police involved.
I've already filed a report and all I have to do is update them.

Hey I have a question for you. I had 3 people's knives that I had to send back to them. One guy names Matt langford was one of them, but someone erased his email's he sent me, and I need to talk to him. I know there's a big stink about me on BF. If you see a guy by that name would you have him email me please sir. I sent his Onslaught and have a question for him. Man, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. To sorta clear some of this up here you go:

I'm moving to Florida w/ my daughter and maybe my girlfriend. I've been back and forth from TN to Fl moving stuff. I was saving my knife room for last, as I have over $100,000 in knives in there and I didn't want to leave them unattended in Florida. Well, while i'm in Florida, my knives were broken into, and about $10,000 worth or more were taken. Luckily, the knives that were sent to me recently were in my bedroom. I don't know if my girlfriend had something to do with it, or if someone I knew did it or what. Someone had to know I kept alot of knives in my house. To make a long story short, this is why I am having to send back people's knives that I was going to trade. ALL of my Microtech's are gone. Whoever took them had great taste. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Today is Tuesday and the knives did not arrive. Nor have I gotten a tracking number from you or your girlfriend.

Your communication is inconsistent and you do not hold truth or honor to your word. You have yet to explain why our original deal has been canceled and have been making excessive excuses. I have been patient and sympathetic to your "situation", but this is absolutely ridiculous.

The LEAST you can do is simply email me the tracking numbers to MY knives. I paid $8.40 to ship you two of my knives in a trade to have you turn around and cancel the trade. Since then you have been inconsistent and vague with your emails and have failed to follow through with your given intentions ie. sending me tracking numbers and a viable explanation as to why you canceled our trade.

I made a mistake from the beginning to do business with someone who has been BANNED from BladeForums and have apparently upset more than a few people with your shady character.

If I do not hear back from you I will contact the police.
I have your address, your email, and victims to contest to your fraudulent actions.
I did not pay $8.40 to have my knives float around the United States for 2 weeks just to have them shipped back to me.

I believe you owe me $8.40 for the shipping I paid to originally send you my knives.

I sent a guy a Microtech Scarab 6 months ago. never got a dime and I was asking $390. Went to the Post Office and talked to the Postmaster. He said there is nothing he can do try the local police. Did that, told the story. As long as this guy says that he sent the $390, I can't do anything. And if it was twisted, and he said he never got the knife, and i said well i sent it, but I didn't get a tracking number, whether it was lost in mail or never even sent....there are WAY too many variables to get a conviction. So, if I was a scammer you'd be fucked, but lucky for you, I am not. Your knife is shipped, and I have a tracking number somewhere. I'll find it and send it to you later. I assure you I don't want a half pound of rust and wood.

I just did. I spoke to his mom again and told her he was being rude over emails. She handed the phone to him. He basically cursed me out saying that the rusty knife has been shipped (the knife was new when I sent it). I told him to give me the tracking number and he said it was in his pocket. I said "let's hear the numbers" and he said that I've pissed him off now and if I call again he will file harrassment charges. He said he knows every cop in that town and was friends with most of them. OhNo!

This guy should be arrested for impersonating a human being. I doubt he's all that crazy, he's just been refining his act for years. He acts as obnoxious as possible to make people despair of getting any cooperation out of him. I wonder how that works out on a job?

I think it's funny how he keeps trying to convince people, mostly himself, that he is not a scammer and never will be. What would he have done if I hadn't called?
I'm going to lose it when I get an empty box in the mail, but I will really lose it if the knife is damaged!

Well, don't be too shocked. He's told you multiple times that it's rusted pretty badly. And, probably beat to hell, besides.
 
Well, low and behold, I got my knife back today in good shape! I'm glad he decided to do the right thing! I'm not sure where he claws it's a rusty piece of $h;t...? It looks just like it did when I bought it. He even asked me for Nathan's address to send him his knives. Maybe Xmas time has him in the spirit of giving (or maybe it was the Sheriff). Thanks for all the support from you guys!
