  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Alec said he has been working with a guy he went to barber college with. A Syrian reffo who fled his homeland to avoid being caught in a war he didn't believe in..or want his family hurt by....that is brave.
A gun toting clown shooting innocent unarmed people and calling it a firefight is dangerously unhinged cowardice.

All my feeble schemes for an easy uke bridge have fallen through. I'll do something with this bit of Gibson Guitar waste.

Actually, I found a better bit of Gibson walnut, with straight, clear grain.

Really like the idea of a finger notch, less chance of slipping

Looks like a Lynx Lumberjack? If so, a fantastic knife. Mine sees a lot of use tending to our garden.

Nice kuksa, too!

Yes indeed Greg :) Thanks

Irish dancing....bjasus....and what exactly do rhinos have to with ireland

After getting rid of the snakes, St Patrick set about ridding Ireland of rhinos, so they moved to Leeds and established a Rugby League club ;)

Take it easy Randy..hope you feel better mate.
Jack Black Jack Black ...of course of course...the Leeds Rhinos ...silly me ...shame on me really for not recognising a Rugby League mascot...after all the game played in heaven is traditionally only played in Northern England ,the Midlands and Sydney.....it all makes perfect sense now....Snakes,St Patrick, pagan fertility dance rituals and Rugby League.....all have a religious aspect .
Except Leprechauns....who let them in the parade?
