Used 41% glysophate and a stump killer…gonna burn some bbq coals in a month in the stump spot and plant an olive next. Ho hum so it goes.
At least it wasn’t one of my favorite trees
I just really dig plants. And dogs, and knives.

I’m not familiar with that product in the gel. Do you apply it to dry vegetation? I did after a fresh trunk cut twice.
It comes in a container like an over-sized deodorant applicator. Turn the knob until beads of goo appear, and rub it on the plant. I've been trying it on green leaves. It seems not to work on wild grapes in the spring. It might work on pokeweed, but it seems not to kill back to the runner, because more pokeweed pops up. Even weeds in the driveway joints seem pretty unimpressed.
Well that’s a bummer it ain’t workin. Vines are tough. I just dug out four creeping figs and had previously tried to kill them with no luck.

Did a quick Google search and it looks like date of death was 1-13-21. Whoever he was, God bless him. Died at 64 years old.
I also hope it is not our Randy. Judging by the name of the wife that survives the Randy who died in January, I don't think it is our Randy.
