One-Eyed Jacks would be a great movie in my book, except I can't understand Brando's adenoidal mumbling. Maybe if they'd had the technology to put a mic up his nose.Thanks. Looks interesting.

Great flick John. Hombre with Paul Newman is an older favorite if you have a spare couple of hours…
Shane, Once Upon a Time in the West, One-Eyed Jacks, Tombstone, The Shootist, and the winner is . . .
The Wild Bunch
FANTASTIC thanks for sharing. I feel kinda lame I missed it tho. And I set my watch every morning by the atomic clock.Right now, it is the 21st minute of the 21st hour of the last 21st day of the 21st year of the 21st century.
Central standard time.

Its good they make different thingsAll the suggestions so far have been for very good movies - excellent movies, even. But if any of those are what you're suggesting as "Best Western" I'm going to have to assume you've never seen The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Because that is pretty clearly the best western (and one of the best films of any genre).
One of my all time favorite moviesAnd if there's a Western Musical division, I'll vote for Paint Your Wagon.)

Both are excellent. How about the Lonesome Dove miniseries? Wouldn’t say it’s my all time favorite, but I enjoyed it a lot and it did have Robert Duvall in it who is one of my favorite actors. Really like Open Range also.
