I am currently locked in a battle of wits with a mouse which has been seen scurrying across my kitchen floor the past 3 days. He has so far artfully dodged the glue traps I put out, even while scampering for his life when the light goes on. My wife has been laughing at me and calling me Mr. McGregor…

Besides the beard and glasses, I don’t see the resemblance at all…

That's unusual. Of course you're putting the trap against the wall with the trigger toward the wall?
