We've got an air quality alert due to forest fires in Quebec, Canada. On a clear day we can see about 40 miles.

Believe it or not, we have hazy skies from those fires all the way down here in the DC area. The sun was bright red this morning as well. And we’re dry, too - which reminds me to go water the vegetable garden…

I just heard this from a niece that is in Washington, DC right now. Hopefully it clears soon.

I thought it was kind of hazy this morning when we went for our walk. Then this evening my wife said she could smell the smoke. The local weather forecast says the haze/smoke be worse tomorrow.

Washing the car always works for me...but new way is Go Campervanning in New Zealand with the Countess....first night it closed in Noahs Ark Style.

But due to my incredible good luck it cleared right up...."but chully" though...thats kiwi talk.

Same here. My wife complained of her eyes burning all day yesterday, and now so do mine. The NWS has a Haze/Smoke Warning for today & tonight. I went out last night at 11PM and even though the actual weather was clear, I couldn't find a single star.
