If you want to form fit it with the knife in there you could try the old trick some holster makers use. You wrap your knife in a plastic bag and then put it back in the wet sheath to form it![]()
I think I've improved this sheath some.

[There's a bit of haze on the blade this morning, and it isn't terribly warm in here. Better let the sheath dry empty for a bit.]

25% chicory is a lot better than 100% chicory.I've tried it a few times. My favorite ratio is 100% coffee, 0% chicory.

Are you talking about replacing scales on a knife? If so, here is one that I have found useful.Didn't want to create a separate thread for it because I'm sure it exists. Can anyone direct me to a walk through or a how to of replacing covers?
I could just pry them off and push out the pins bit it'd be good to see how it's done properly.
