No worries. I expect many folks do.

I just decided a while back that I'm not going to conceal carry and if I open carry, I might as well give myself every advantage I can. I've always shot the G26 best and with the SRO I'm a lot quicker.

And damn if it isn't just fun as hell to shoot.

Reasonable. I've been carrying a 26 since 1995. Added another, a Gen5, a few years back. It's my go-to...other than a J frame for around home and environs. (I do carry concealed and that does enter into my decision for minimalism and to avoid printing.)

I was late to adopt red dots on handguns but I'm a fan these days. I've had one on my Turkey gun for years and like it a lot.

Does CZ make any optics ready model shadows that come with black grips? I saw a video on a Shadow 2 that was all black but had a red dot on it. Can’t find video now and can’t find the model on CZ’s website. Looks like the Shadow 2 with blue grips but it had black grips?

Not sure if they offer a Shadow 2 with factory black grips, but you can get LOK grips for them in black if you want them.

Or you can get a SP-01 from CZ Custom that is optic ready and has the factory black rubber grips. You could probably get a Shadow 2 from CZ Custom with black grips too for that matter. I know the CZ Shadow 2 Grey has black grips, but I don't think it comes optics ready.

CZ shadow 2 optics ready. Factory grips are aluminum usually in blue but can get ones in many colors including black but lok grips are better

Oh and the shadow 2 compact I just posted is optics ready, came with silver aluminum grips. I may put a red dot on it at some point but not in a rush
