Case Tony Bose Collabs pic and discussion thread.

My Cattle Knife has probably been my most carried traditional knife since I got it a few years ago. The WT is now running a close second. They're just about the right size for me.
I agree. They are both just about perfect. Definitely my favorites. I am very glad I had the opportunity to pick up the WT especially, it is just a perfectly sized, solid, nimble knife.

Y'all have seen this before but it's worth another look. I never get tired of looking at it.

This came from the "Mutton Herder" on sale.

As a bonus, the "Mutton Herder" threw in a Tribal Lock with Tony's likeness engraved in the cover.

I have had the WT for a few months and it is a great knife. Picked up a cattle knife a month ago and it had play in the main blade. Case CS has had it now in the shop for two weeks. It will feel like Christmas when I get it back. Hopefully they can correct the issue. Fingers crossed.

I agree guys. The cattle knife is fantastic. I sent mine in also Pete for the same reason. Came back nice and tight and the action is still great.

Yeah, I got the same deal back then. I took the Tribal Lock out of the box, looked it over & put it right back. It's never been used. The Premium Stockman is really a nice knife, but they're a bit larger than I like to carry in my pocket. I've been carrying mine in a small belt pouch. Heck, it's even easier than digging it out of my pocket.20230417_095221-L.jpg

I hope they make it right for you.

That's really good to hear.

Can you reply with how that goes? I got one last week and it has the play also, i plan on sending it in soon too, but hoping they fully take care of it.

Really would like a Cattle Knife, have done for years and got some fine trades on tap, but all this talk of blade-play in the master is really concerning me. I know CASE has a very reliable warranty, but getting one over here (EU) from the USA likely having to pay 25% import tax and then having to return it at considerable expense....wait some weeks then re-import it is just too much grief :(

Why can't a migrant bird or one of those famous 'balloons' just drop a CK on my terrace ???😍

Maybe I wasn't paying attention before, but lately I've been seeing more about gaps, blade play, etc, in these collabs. I guess that since there were a limited number of each annual collab made, dealers are down to the very few that they have left, some of which may have been returned. I hope Case fixes them to everybody's satisfaction.

I am glad you guys are a bad influence on me because I bought a cattle knife. The first thing I checked out of the box was blade play on the main and it is rock solid. F&F just as good or better than some of my customs. What a deal. My Eureka Jack was the same. Thanks guys.
