Cast Iron Beckerheads, Sound Off!

Flank steak on the grill is delicious! We've tested it numerous times. Always delicious. Grilled veg is just as compelling.
 
Picked up chicken breasts, some two inch thick pork chops and a couple of porterhouse steaks for the weekend. Going to grill some corn on the cob and veggies. Pictures could happen...

We keep getting distracted with the food and never get any pics.
 
Yes, flank steak marinated in garlic, olive oil, black peppercorns, grilled toasty outside, and blood rare in the middle, served with Chimichurri sauce, tomato red onion, EVOO, and fresh squeezed lime juice salad, with fresh baked Cuban bread....that's better then sex. :eek:
 
Last nights supper Venison steak with onions in olive oil. My well used Lodge 10inch tasted even better than it looks!

Just dug the griddle out of storage, it hasn't seen the light of day since our winter trip. My newest additions are these two grill presses.... I'm thinkin' eggs and bacon on the griddle on the grill this weekend.
 
Wow, loving that waffle maker... do they still make them like that? I'll have to try to find one, it would certainly help me to better fulfill my new millennium New Years resolution which was to do my absolute best to eat more waffles...:)

I bought that one at an antique store and restored it. Check antique stores, flee markets in your area. Griswold waffle irons can still be found on eBay as well...
 
Indoor cook from this winter in my lodge 5quart Dutch oven. Sloppy joe casserole with biscuits cooked on top. Great meal to eat in the cold.

David from SaddleBack Leather posted a note yesterday asking if anybody had tried "coffee encrusted steak". I haven't but I sure will now.
