"Castaway" blade?

1st choice - NMFBM CG .25" original, stripped, with an AMSMO piggybacked on the sheath.
2nd choice - War Feather HOGB8.
3rd choice - Hognose War Sword with Park Ranger piggybacked on the sheath.
 
A2TG. Primarily because I don't have a TGLB, nor a FTG (Forsaken Team Gemini)... yet.
And I do have an A2TG with me every day. At least in my truck. Sometimes actually on my back. Every day.
 
My Top 5 would all be awesome to have in a castaway situation, but the teeth on the battle saw push it over the edge. . .

I am also in love with the ASH grips my hand hugs the blade just right.

Also for me, my top choice must have some TALON Holes for lashing points!!!:D:D:D

The added feature of putting a battle saw on the end of a pike and spearing an island pig or taking down some ornery shark just gets me all worked up!!! Bacon making bacon and shark bacon!!!!

#1 Battle Saw (INFI of course)
#2 ASH-2
#3 SAR-8 (but I don't own one at the moment so don't know if I can still count that :confused:
#4 War Feather HOGB8 ~ Presumably
#5 DS8


Honorable mention to my FAT ASH-1... for one knife forever or until I am saved I would prefer a slightly longer blade...

I feel ashamed now and I feel like I have betrayed my most beloved blade now...:oops:
 
I'd probably bring my ASHBM. Sure it's beefy but I'd rather have an over built knife i don't need to worry about. Best thing is you can sharpen infi with less than ideal equipment. Not sure how i would get to this island with a blade of my choice in a scenario like this but hey a man can dream.
 
my current fav is the Hellrazor... it would be just enough.
stout, pointy, just enough for most chores, perfect balance, a really versatile blade.
Kind of an "ugly brother of the SFNO, but it's more versatile IMHO... I really like it.

I agree! Haven't had to find myself in this position yet but it's the one I take with me for that just in case SHTF scenario :)

Because there are no doors...get some palm fuzz, make some twine, tie it around a rock or a log and drop it off the cliff edge or throw it really hard in front of you - like a really hard chest pass...just don't drop it off a ledge too high up in case you pass out and follow your tooth over...
