Have you ever made scales for the 585 barrage yet?

"Rags to riches" or "scraps to scales". My local knife shop donated som scrap micarta. Not one piece was big enough to make a set. But strategically cut, they will make two sets.
These will be Mini-grip scales. One a gift and one to help with Christmas expenses.

Yeah, every time a make a set I think of something I can do different.
My doctor says there is little he can do....lol.

While I was picking up a new knife from Triple J Knifeworks in Lexington I brought my 761 along for anodization. I had seen Derrick Bohns ano'd 761 that Triple J did, and I wanted something similar.
I got a 2 toned (15v and 12v) finish.

Gave it a fresh sharpening/polish when I got home. It feels like a new knife!
