Plain or buttered?
I wasn't taking pics of the Chophouse really. But I have some old ones and it is on the Busse site if you haven't seen it. Also a thread here...
Most have nice faux-horn handles (quite comfortable) and the blades themselves might be very durable (thick). *shrug* His at least declare who made them and how and of what.

Yeah My interest in the Paki knives is done - it was more about enjoying EBay sniping really. Waiting for a SFNO, another Ratweiler, and a Green/Black Trash2 now. Trying not to even look at that the new 7" INFI release today.
The Chop House bites deep and seems tough as nails so far. I'm going to strip mine soon. I have kydex on order for it. maybe I'll do a chop test with one of the 1111's and a MMD sometime with pics.
POPCORN. I use the Whirly Pop with plenty of olive oil, then adding garlic salt and cayenne. Better than butter IMHO.
I beat on the Prather copy a bit tonight and it did not roll chip deform or fail in any way. It bit pretty deep for the shape and would baton decently if it didn't have that sawtooth swedge going on. The tip did not snap as I stabbed it a dozen times or so, but didn't do anything overly nuts like prying the tip from side to side buried into an oak log. Overall I was impressed. It doesn't bite like a Chop House, but that's not a fair comparison. The blade isn't made of pot metal. The saw tooth back marked up my 3 pound dead blow hammer as I was trying to break a piece off at a notch. Nothing would break. Convex edge does seems to hold up better than the original edge. If I beat on the handles of the iPak I think those might have broken. I routinely beat the handles of the SYKCO when it gets stuck... but who knows. RES-C VS Micarta with anemic screws and epoxy isn't a fair compare either.
Nothing scientific here. Like I said I would, I just took the iPak bowie out since I was playing with the SYKCO. Nothing broke.

Other businesses that get a negative review or have one bad transaction, etc... come to a thread and usually can straighten it out with the truth pretty quickly. If CFK cannot, don't chalk it up to some secret conspiracy. Busse doesn't give a rat's ass about CFK, IMHO. The stuff I mentioned you can't buy from them anyway. It all sells out fast.
Since you probably work for them, show us pictures of the factory, the forging area, the unprocessed steel, the vaccuum hardening process, the hardness testing routine, the grinding area of the factory, the scales coming to the USA, the scales being hand made and attached, the polishing routine, etc... Show us your UK operation and your OR workshop.
Black propaganda is false information and material that purports to be from a source on one side of a conflict, but is actually from the opposing side. It is typically used to vilify, embarrass or misrepresent the enemy.
You mean the questions about CFK come from CFK? That seems unlikely. What seems to be happening is that CFK comes here using different names and: 1) defends it's quality; 2) defends its various claims about the knives being made in various non-Paki places; and 3) attacks those who express doubt or other vendors of Paki knives.
Who believes him?
