Hey guys!

Been in the shop doing some flats sanding and front scale shaping, later today is signature etching and possibly glue-up! Pocket Fighters

I'm working on uploading the vid... having technical difficulties. So far half has uploaded! I might need a new modem...
 
Hey troop, Been hanging out with Xander all day . Went over to home depot to pick up some new toys ,had lunch at a good Italian deli and now we are back in the shop makin' stuff.
Good luck with that vid Daniel! I wish I could help.

Just in from grinding, grinding and then hand sanding, wow. I have lots done including a base finish on a second Nigiri.

I was just editing and am now uploading one more section... should be up sometime today if all goes well!

I'm doing some testing on a Ti Backpacker in the video! I'm not really showing what it should do, more what it can. :D

Good morning! Sounds cool!

The Magpies here like to imitate Owls and scare Chipmunks off the food. The chipmunks are pretty smart though and shake the scrub brush to scare them off! I always think the sound is a deer... it gets entertaining around here this time of year!
 
I really wasn't sure about the meaning of this comment on a youtube video of mine so I answered in Pootie Tang talk. I figure it makes as much sense as anything else... :D

I don't own a band saw or a Grizzly grinder.

edit - a ta second glance I think it had nothing to do with my vid, just a reminder to be safe. I posted a second, more appropriate response and also promise not to pootie talk anymore! :p

Yeah, I do domed pins quite often. I've done pins all the way down to .025" diameter! That made me pucker at both ends...:eek: whaddya want to know?

Funny, the kids at work don't know about Pootie Tang, I will answer a stupid question in his vernacular and get some strange looks, lol!

Domed pins, small hammer 1-2 oz ball pein. Flat side to start to flair the pin and fill the hole, ball side in light taps around the edge to dome it. That's the basics of it, I can give you more details and tips if you want.
