Hey Xander!

Hey Rolf!

Bucky - Hi! I'm originally from TX... are you near San Marcos? Cool stuff!!!

Bako... Bueller???

Thanks Daniel and others, but those landscapes only enjoy during my three weeks vacation.
Finish my work for today, I'll buy some gunpowder for my revolver.

I hear you! I need to go enjoy the local terrain more but it is hard getting out. This summer my goal is to spend some time down the road in Creede, CO collecting Amethyst/Silver/Agate... maybe a weekend or two. https://www.google.com/search?q=cre...HlyAGU0IGICg&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1517&bih=741

Travel to the USA, one of my dreams pending.
I would like a tour of all the states, California I like.
It has resemblance to the Mediterranean.
This year I hope to travel to Normandy (D-Day, Omaha Beach Juno Sword).
But my ex wife moved my health and my savings

Ouch!

California would be a great gateway destination. With time and money you could hop from Cali all over the West coast to visit lots of people in this industry. Sadly, I'm on the East coast so it'd be a haul for me even stateside! D:

That bit about your Ex sounds terrible :(

The bite was nearly € 25,000. Including attorney bill.
My luck is that my few properties were "hidden".

Good morning y'all . I meant to get up early and go visit Xander buuuuuuuuuut it is taking me a while to switch my schedule around.I will slam this coffee down and see if I can make it before Xander's shop time is over for the day. I will leave you with a pick of my wharncliffe.Y'all have a great day !

California is a blast Kermmak! Born and raised here, I live in the San Joaquin Valley, which is very much mediterranian weather. We even grow the same crops. Plus, here in the valley, we are about 3 hours from any climate you want! East to the Sierras, west to the coast, north to the forrest, south to the dessert! I've. Built snow men and gone wake boarding on the same day.

One thing I have noticed from several of my european friends is that when they first move here they have no concept of how big the country is! They think Disneyland is just a couple hours drive away, and in a day you can drive halfway across the country! M wife has been to all 50 states when she was a dancer and it took two tours of 12 weeks each and two years to do it!

Kevin, that's looking good! I'll call you no later than 9am tomorrow just to make sure you drag your lazy bones outta bed.

I've been working on that Alligator Brand machette I got a while back. I redid the profile and am working on scales for it. I also picked up a nice Disston trim saw yesterday at th flea market, got it all sharpened up today and it works like a champ! It leaves the wood nice and smooth, all I need to do is touch it to a 180 grit disc on the disc grinder for a couple seconds and they're ready to go.

Have a good one y'all!

Morning dudes! FBC the knife is looking good! I bet it is very useful and killer style!

Kevin, I was thinking the really neat house was across from the lumberyard... that's it! you can see the lumber in the background. They have what is probably the coolest 2x4 construction idea ever for the front.

Creede is tiny and lots of fun. The town was ran by bosses and at one time featured a "petrified man" found while mining! (fake, lol!) One boss's story was the basis for Brokeback Mountain! There is a hotel where Calamity Jane and Bat Masterson once stayed. The local museum and fire station are built mine style in the rock!I go for the agate.

Finally! A pic of myself! See the wooden barrier in the middle/top of the pic, those three dots are people! I'm right in the middle, you can see three of us towards the top. I'm with Sara and a well known Geologist that grew up in the area. The Geologist was one tactical dude, he was rocking three flashlights and two neck knives that I saw! It's tough coming down the hill with a load of rock!
