^ Those are all very cool! :cool: Thanks for posting the pics! I really like any laminated Japanese knives and am liking the bamboo. The Khoi and little one with screwdriver are top notch too...

I want to find some natural colored bamboo scale material for kitchen knives... I really like the look.
 
Thanks Dan! One of these days when I get over the frikky thing I'm going to pick up some of your Japanese style fixed blades. I love the way you apply your sense of style to the very traditional shapes. Also, I need suitable armament for the zombie apocalypse, and I doubt my frikkies will handle it well! ;)

I've got a bunch of friction folders, most are 60-70 years old but some over 100. Straight razors.

Afternoon all! Man i am bushed. Up early, still working in the basement/shop. Added new suports to the stairs, saw'd out the closet, its all framed in. Gotta finish walling it and putting shelves in.

Hope everyones Sunday is going well!
 
Top of the .......uuuh ....afternoon to ya. I am off to a late start today. I seem to be slipping back into my old sleep schedule. oh well , I have never been much of a morning person. Hope y'all are having a good one. Later
 
Happy Bday to Sara! I know her and I are close in age and my birthday is right around the corner...

Gotta get going on some projects here tomorrow...just bought another camera today as well. My first medium format camera, a Yashica-Mat 124G. Been waiting for a long time to find a deal on one. Now I need to get film and the developing stuff for here, no place to develop medium format film around here.


Drinkin my dinner tonight, always fun!

piece of cake... sharpen with just about any setup and they are very quick to sharpen.... the burr takes longer to remove but just strop off as normal

I have been as busy as it gets here... barely time to check in! We are getting ready for winter and more... lots of knives in the works! 4 glued up yesterday
