Got a call from HT today; still can't locate my package. It's sourin' me on the whole process:barf:

Bobby I hope they locate the package. That is rough dealing with and I hope you hear something soon. I'll say out of around 1000 packages shipped I have only permanently lost one and it was likely stolen in Spain. Fingers crossed... there's nothing like not knowing where your knives are!

Speaking of that today is Mail Day again! I have well over two dozen going out today and tomorrow so we will be busy.

I think mailing will take me the next two days solid but will have some new knives up soon!

Hopefully done with the sickness for the year.

It's 50 today, rainy. Same tomorrow. Then back into the 70's. Weird weather.

Hey guys! Busy day, I'm in good spirits but sick as a dog. I pulled a back muscle from coughing so hard so I took some robotussin... ughhhh! That stuff is rough.. I'm going to get some more rest.

Evening fellas! Just finished chowing down on some slow baked pork ribs, they were so tender that the bones were falling out of the meat! Literally! Corn and pasta, fresh loaf of ciabatta and a beer to wash it down. Damn good dinner!

Just sitting back, listening to some Ray Charles (Modern Sounds In Country and Western album) and feeling pretty right in the world. Like I always say, MAKE it a good day, they rarely happen on their own! Don't sweat the small stuff, the things you can't change, or the things that have already happened. You WILL be happier for doing so!

Time to put the wife to bed, then the boy. Should be time to flip the record and poor 3 fingers of rum for sippin with my feet up. :thumbup::thumbup: Y'all are welcome to come join me if ya want to.

ORALE my most loco of vato's! The mountains were beautiful! There was more snow than I thought there would be but we had snowshoes with us for just such a occasion.:) Jen and I had a great time doing nothing. We packed in far enough to have a 0% chance of seeing other people, set up camp and laid around,ate,drank and enjoyed each others company. Aahhhhhh it was niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!
Daniel, If you have some zinc, take it. I hope you and the rest of the Fairly's feel better soon!
BTW,when I got home there was a cell phone waiting for me. Xander knows what this means....The end of the world? Really poorly typed posts? Maybe both. :D
 
Been a great week so far! Peters sounds like they've given up on finding my shipment of knives, and I got word that my grinder arrived in pieces. Looks like Fedex kicked it off of multiple loading docks. I get to waste my time at a Fedex facility tonight now!

Kevin, that's a neat little cutter you got on your tumbler!

Rolf staying dry? My F150's the new Ark!

I'm going to go look for some zinc, good idea. I've been taking lots of vitamin c but feel like crap. cough... I'm not getting much done today. I hate being sick! Just checking in as I'm resting today.

The knives are looking good FBC, I like the hamon and that Ti treatment! Very cool! What kind of quenchant did you use on the W2... looks good!
