Wassup X? Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

We had a house guest from Friday until today. He was an online pal who was hiking from Berkley to Boston where he's going for his masters. It was a good time , but man am I ever tired.

Yesterday was a grueling day, my usual overtime days are Sundays when we close at 6 but we close at 7 on Saturdays. It just drug on and on. It's ok though, I told everyone that requested it off and I covered them that I'm taking 4 days off in a couple weeks and they get to cover for me! The cashiers both looked at me with disbelief because they never have to work full 8 hour days, especially on the weekends :D HA!

The wife and I are gonna go party it up all over Nor☆Cal for her birthday! We're planning dinner on the Delta at a 100+ year old family owned Italian restaurant for Thursday, headed to Vallejo to go to Six Flags on Friday, Santa Cruz on Saturday for some beach time, and probably San Francisco on Sunday. Likely gonna do it high school style, sleep in the car and shower in the ocean. No need for a stinking hotel! Ice chest full of beer and snacks, pocket full of change and just having a great time!

by the way, I've been hearing a few rumors about the Jejune Institute opening back up, hoping to find some more information out about that in SF. I would try to explain it, but I cant. You are gonna have to look it up.... Kevin, I know you and Jen would really dig it!

Day off, so naturally that means I have a ton of work to do around the house. Starting the lawn mower up, trimming the bushes, scrubbing the outsides of the windows and porch, trimming trees, etc...

Finally got my website finished and soft-launched. Now sleep. Then use it to get more work so I can buy more knives.

It's been so hot in the house lately, it just hasn't been cooling off. Pretty humid too.

Cheers dude, I hear ya.

Its about a thousand degrees here and an ice cold gin + tonic hit the spot today. My girlfriend makes a mean one!
 
It's only 98° here today, but it's been hovering around 60% rH. Spent my entire day in the warehouse at work receiving pallet after pallet. Finished the last pallet at 5:02 and promptly clocked the F*#@ out. I'm off tomorrow and the heat in the ware house is too damn high!

But, on the plus side we have two batches of baby bunnies at work. Lol, I'm like a little girl when it comes to baby bunnies, I just love them! Watching them grow is quite amazing. I used to breed rabbits (more like just controlled it, they breed like-well-rabbits) and they are great fun! I highly recommend anyone have kept a baby animal at some point in life, keeps things in perspective a bit.

You guys don't even want to know about the weather here... it sucks in the Winter though! :D

Dr's appointment today, we are getting a second ultrasound and have another "regular" appointment after that.

I have FRAMELOCKS and TANTOS ready!!!! yep :D


IMWILSON, I never got the mill as the shipping was almost as much as the machine... still looking and getting shipping quotes. My mini mill is good for now!
