Bobby, sounds like fun to me! You get just upper and lower right now? You going to go collapsible or fixed stock? A couple of other places to check for good deals is State Of The Art arms, AR15 PERFORMANCE (top shelf stuff but has good deals sometimes), Joe Bob outfitters and of course Amazon for small parts.

I missed you guys yesterday but it was blast, blast, blast... fishing! I didn't catch anything but when it comes to trout fishing I don;t know a lot. I have caught more than my fair share of bass, perch and catfish back home in TX but these trout are sneaky!

Anyone have any connections in the Indiana area? I had a guy stick it to me on paypal and have just gotten nowhere after spending way too much time on this stuff. I bought an oxygen concentrator last October for my wife and it had a wait time... long story short he is keeping the money but not planning on sending anything in exchange. Paypal will not help even after a claim and a call. I have also talked to my local and his local police; they told me it was a civil matter and that I might have to take him to small claims court.

You can take him to small claims court, not sure which would be the correct venue since the matter crosses state lines. More than likely, you'd have to pursue him in Indiana. Assuming you won and he ignored the judgement, then you'd have to pursue a separate action for enforcement. In that instance, you might be able to put a lien on his business or personal property depending on how he's set up his business.

If you paid with a credit card, thru Paypal, you might be able to force a refund thru your CC provider.

If nothing else, you might be able to file a complaint with the attorney general's office in Indiana. Again, depending on how formally he's established his business.

Sigh... airline down over Ukraine.. shot down supposedly.. Malaysia Airlines again, don't fly with them I guess...

Hope this doesn't cause some horrible action... thoughts out to those that are victims, living and passed... I hate this shit.

Airlines getting shot down, big bank robbery, chase and shootout here in town yesterday. One hostage dead, two others in the hospital.

A ccw is sounding more and more like a good idea...


I think I'm going to go home and find solace in a cold beer and dinner with the wife and friends for her birthday.

Just saw the plane crash on the news. That's a tremendous loss of life.

Yeah let's just hope one of these guys don't go viral as a "super model" like the last one here did...that guy is a first class D-bag, complete waste of oxygen.

(Spotty data service here at work lately, city has been upgrading to LTE coverage so towers are up and down...big delays and sometimes no coverage.)

I had a big day here... spent most of the day on a tricky project, decided I didn't get as much done as I would have liked... ground three knives after five pm! Bam, solid day! :D

I cracked open some Midnight Moon Moonshine... Strawberry! Very good stuff! I have had plenty of moonshine and I'd call this a neutral spirit but that's a good thing.
