Christmas isn't a big deal for me so I'm going to open my package (and post pics) when it arrives.

Thanks Mykel for posting that you be opening your gift when received. Was wondering if a return address is needed when sending out a secret Santa gift, also do you gift wrap it?

I put my address on the package in case of something going wrong at one of the many mail handling sites that the package will be going through (the package gets mangled) and a return address is all that is available for the manglers to send the remains to.

Also I don't gift wrap and don't remember receiving any gift wrapped packages since participating in Christmas gift giving on the forums for quite a few years now.

My post office will not accept any package without a return address.

One could scratch anything for a return address and they wouldn't know the difference. Just sayin'.

So a package with a return address from the North Pole is Ok? Just wanted to get into the spirit, kind of hard not to with X-mas music and all the social media ads promoting Black Friday stuff.

Got my package off today, could not help myself so I wraped in Christmas paper and the North Pole is little further south.

You can always use your actual address with a made up name, maybe something like "Santa"

i think im finally gonna sell out and get a fake tree ive never had one before but I a, sick of the clean up and maintenance and they are dangerous if they get to dry
