I've got something picked out that I haven't used in a while, maybe somebody else can use it.
 
Alright, we have 13 now. Still a couple weeks left to get in.
 
I don't see why an odd number would be a problem.
put everyone's name on a numbered list.
draw numbers out of a hat and assign them to the names in order.
If you draw someone's number for themselves, put it with the name above or below them.
this way, the odds of getting a gift from the person you gave one to is very slim -- which to me is the purpose of this kind of a gift trade.
 
Four more days guys. Lets see if we can get three more people so we can have 20
