Also, If everyone can pm or email me your shipping address I will have it to give to the shipper. There have been a couple of people that are in that haven't been on in awhile so I want to confirm they are in or not.
 
Alright guys, I have to close tomorrow so I will have the wife or kids draw the numbers in the morning so I will have them when I get home. I still need shipping info from alot of you so please send that asap. There are a couple people like Alan that haven't been on the forums in a long tiime so I will have to leave them out if I don't get confirmation. I will be emailing all of you in the next day or so with person and shipping info.

Ok, I have received confirmation from everyone except Mudbugg and Alan. I have sent each an email and also texted Alan. I had Tackett blind draw the names today so I have everything ready to go. Ill send everyone out their person and shipping address here in a bit.
 
All info has been sent to your emails or PM. I am still waiting on three addresses so 3 of you haven't received info yet. Whew, that was rough keeping everything straight.
 
I'm planning on getting mine together over the weekend and mailing it out Monday.

I'll probably get mine out monday as well. I don't know if it was ever discussed, but it seems like we should all use the same shipping method. I figured priority mail with confirmation would be best.
 
That the shipping that I was thinking I would use too. It probably the cheapest way to go and pretty reliable.
 
Guys, just ship when you get it ready. Its for Christmas so so get it there at least a week before. Im shipping on Monday. I always ship uSPS with delivery confirmation. It only takes 2 days and cost 5.70 for a small flat rate box.

I almost missed the part that said the item needs to be 'used' but not 'abused'.
I thought this was to be new stuff,and almost goofed.

Mine is a mix of used and new stuff.

I think the idea was to not buy anything specific for this but to gift things you already had that you weren't really using.
 
Gnarly, the stuff I have picked out has some items that have been "lightly" used, some that were taken out of the box but have not seen nor heard the outdoors, and a few that, well, it's like that proverbial lump of coal . . . . ;)
plus Sally T. is throwing in something so God only knows what that will be . . . . I just hope they don't ask what's in the package when I mail the thing . . . . :D :D

if you print/pay the shipping label from the USPS website DC is free, even on "regular" first class.
 
I just got back from the PO & the coal is on the way!:D

I didn't know that,thanks for the info.I should have read that before I went to the PO though.:o
I did use the Automated Postal Center in the PO for the first time.
It's pretty cool,like an ATM for outgoing mail/packages.
You just need to pay with a debit/credit card.It saved me about 20 minutes of waiting in line.
