That would be a cool edc - looks great for using with food, and it's non-pointiness won't frighten the "civilized" people.

Well, this seems to have stopped....?

Has anyone heard from Dougo??? I have tried to PM him and it looks like he has not been on since the 21 of November.

I will try an email and not just a PM but if you have been in contact with him, could you let me know....or better yet, tell him to contact me.

i remeber him mentioning being out of the country for a while at some point. i dont recall when he was going out of town though. he should have had it by the 21st though. if nothing else, you have his address, so you could try sending him a letter.
 
Not cool. Why participate in a passaround if you can't follow through with the guidelines.
 
a paying member could go to his profile and look through the threads that he started, and try and find one mentioning going out of the country. that thread was froma while ago, but its probably worth checking.
 
I checked my email from him and he made no mention of being away. I also checked through some of his posts and could not find one that said he was going away.

I am sure this is just a minor detail and he has been busy but there is a few others waiting to check this out.

He may be in Kenya, but he should have backed out of the passaround before he went. I have nothing against Dougo, he is a fine person for doing what he believes as a missionary, but he did take a responsiblity in this passaround and now CKE 's knife is in limbo.

yea, he deffinatly should have mentioned his travels to CKE2 so that he could have worked around that.

OK, got a hold of Doug. Little mix up, nothing major. The passaround is hold up at his place till he gets back.

The last few guys will get it when he gets back...sorry for the delay guys.

ok...so far I haven't received the blade. I last was able to check on 11-25. I will not be back in town until 12-13 due to a situation I really don't feel any need to explain. This is why I made mention so many times of traveling to Kenya. I dropped out of breeden's passaround because of it. I guess this one slipped my mind in the frenzy of our preparation and travel. I will know by this weekend if I even have the knife. I do not put much faith in the competence of our postal workers back home.

CKE...go ahead and e-mail me the addy. If it is in my box when I get home I will play with it for an hour and then send it onits way to chickenplucker I think...

it is at dougos po box or post office, and i think he is going to be back soon, so this thould become a bit more active again.
 
The nessie is not a bad knife. Still not my cup o' tea I guess. Didn't get much use out of it yet. I will be sending it out of my house as soon as someone shoots me a message with an address...
 
Glad your back oh Dougo! Check the box, I recall putting a paper with the remaining addy's in there.
