Mmm Love me some Spyderco. I've been toting around this Native S110V for the past few weeks and I'll say I'm pretty impressed. I've used the hell out of it more so then many of my other knives and the thing is still a razor. I'm seriously considering sourcing a mili or PM2 in the same.

I hate thinking about which folder I want to get next because there are so many of them :(
 
If you have a business... Even if you dont... If you do stuff in your private life that you want kept private... It's prolly a good idea to not use the same email address for your business/public life as you do for your bondage in a dungeon private life.... Just saying... I'm all for people enjoying themselves and having the freedom to do so how they want... But it's hard to look at a 60 year old woman who claims she's a professional tutor for kids when you know she also wants to be someone's slave in a dungeon on the side.... Not judging.. Simply explaining why it's good to separate the 2.

Completely unrelated... Boeshield T-9 is amazing stuff!!

Wd40.. White lithium grease... Pb blastr... All trash now!!

Wd40 lasted most of a day, lith grease lasted maybe 24 hours... Pb blastr lasted 3 to 4 days... What they all had in common was i had to use a lot for the desired effect too..

I used way less T-9 and its the 10th day squeak free!!


Oh shit... Just realized there's no context lol.. My leaf springs on the truck squeak... And the squeak can get loud.. I go mudding and off roading a lot... Dealership said it looks like i drive through rivers... They just lith grease them... But it doesn't last... Glad i found the T9 stuff...

I keep going back off road and keep expecting the squeak to return but so far so great!



Now time to get ready to go meet Battle!

Yeah, I've used Boeshield T-9. Great stuff. There's alawys a can in the truck.

Something local... A friend was looking for tutors and one of them she liked took payment by PayPal .. But the email for the PayPal was different than the email she was communicating through... So we started googling the email addresses with the names given and location and found more than we wanted to find... including a picture... Not a nude or anything but it does prove its the right person.

Now she ain't doing anything illegal... And if she was a beautiful 20-30 year old woman I'd want to hire her myself... But in this case... It's just awkward...

Congrats on the now un squeaky springs. Know it can get annoying, my truck only does it when it's in 4x4 for some reason, and honestly ain't bad. I've needed to replace my windshield motor for well over a month now. Really need to get on that before snows. It's been raining or at least cloudy almost every day this month, can't think of a month it has been so dark, really sux, especially with non functioning wipers. I'm sure if cop seen me would get a ticket of some sort, got my first speeding ticket in my life couple months ago, have dwis, no speeding tickets tho, also got my first ticket from dnr couple weeks ago for shooting at a bird out of truck:rolleyes:, they don't care for that. Last time that's happening.

I havent shot one fu#\\_€ grouse this year, haven't seen many, have seen more hawks this year than ever before and guessing their eating plenty of them. I saw 7 within first 3 minutes of walking down the trail to my deer stand last week, of course didn't have gun cause was carrying a 2 man ladder stand about mile through woods. Could have been easy pickings, they took of one after other nice and slow. Put that stand up way to late this year, it's a great spot , can't think of getting better, but my scents all over, who knows though, I was out there plenty (though didn't sit out there) last year, caught this guy on camera. Hoping see him again, haven't seen one good deer on camera or otherwise this year, so who knows.

Anybody else been getting outdoors? I've been consumed by Busse lately so haven't stop in here much, do check in periodically, but honestly seems like everybody quit checking in all over BF somewhat.

between the kids and work and some health problems (which are now resolved - wewt I don't have cancer!), I haven't done much of anything. Just spent a bunch of time with the wife planning our renovations :thumbdn:
 
Agree,

I'm sure there are plenty of things she could teach us. I may have to get them to email me the link for the next time I go down to FL to visit the inlaws.
 
Had to drive a couple of hours this morning. Stopped at a picnic area for the wife to grab some pinecones for a project. She came back with three pinecones and this



Has a few nicks and bruises but should be completely serviceable after a good sharpening.

I'm assuming so. I can't find anything like it on the interwebz. A really thick paint. Maybe epoxy? Lots of texture, and an extra bump (drip of paint) on the edge of them where there shouldn't be one.

Sorting thru way too many knives atm and enjoying a (first...) Harpoon Flannel Friday.

I have enough possessions to last me several lifetimes.......the maintenance of which is taking up too much time. I think I would rather have more play time than more toys.

You can't really tell from the vid, but the distance was unbelievable!

We went to a chunkin thing once, those things can go perdy dern far.
 
New England Siege here in NH owns the world record holder for trebuchet punkin chunkin - over 2000 ft. Their siege engine is just an absolute thing of terror and beauty when the counterweight comes down. Best repurposing of a weapon of war, ever. Best repurposing of a pumpkin ever would be the pumpkin boat - they don't go real fast, but they're more fun to watch than NASCAR.

I'd find a picture and post it but I'm too lazy. Besides, you have the internet where you are; use it for something useful for once!
