went to vet yesterday.
dog is eating and shitting.
stomach is starting to empty and seems to be
not a problem.
the med they gave nemo really screwed him up as far as making
him loopy. now they gave a different medicine,anti-inflamitory and
pain med. i give it 1nce a day.
When i had the dog at the vet,they never could get the dog to yelp
from pain. they bent his legs,neck etc.
now he is really exhibiting limping on his left front leg/shoulder.
I think that first med was so strong it hid the symptom from the doc.
I am gonna take him back again today and see what they can do.
the dog twice strated yelping his little ass off during the night in pain.
I think he finally lays down and sleeps for a few minutes and then when he tried to get
up his shoulder goes out.
He hadnt really slept since thursday night,before all this happened.
I have had a few hours here and there.
gotta figure this out and get him well.its driving me nutzo

arthritis to temporary nerve damage because the dog ran/bumped into something. One person used an old comforter, to ball up, to make a tall bed where the dog could sleep almost standing up.

good idea,we tried to make a big fluffy "nest" for him but
it seems its too unstable for him to walk on to get in/out.
Yesterday the doc took xrays again to see the stomach,she also showed me the
discs in his back/neck all "looked" ok,she didnt see anything obviously
broken...
well we will see.
dog right now just laid on his belly at my feet.
he seems in good spirits,just his dam leg.
