I believe you have already filed a claim with PayPal, have you heard anything from them yet ?

Just looking to understand the full logic here. There was a transaction here. OP posted he would take item. Seller said ok and sent payment info. OP sends money. Then seems to have got the shaft or run around by the seller - no item sent.
Why would it not be proper to leave a negative? This was a completely bad deal and it would seem to make sense to let others aware of the seller's poor (if not criminal) habits.
Isn't this what the FB system is for? I can see if some one backs out or changed their minds, but this totally seems like a valid transaction/deal. thanks

I'm not trying to dodge your post or questions but rycen said yesterday that anymore discussion about the feedback system would be better served in Tech Support and I agree with that, the OP's thread has been derailed enough.

As far as making others aware of cncmaster43's bad habits... I believe this thread has accomplished that much more than one negative feedback score ever would have.
 
Not trying to be difficult or anything but I just don't see why this situation is not a valid "transaction". I do not want to discuss or debate the FB system itself (like others have done). I guess I am just looking to clarify the rule as to when you can or not leave FB.
In this case, if I was the OP I would have left a negative eventually; but it sounds like I would get an infraction for that ............which makes no sense to me.

I am sure this will be resolved in your favor. I do apologize for any part I played in derailing your thread and certainly getting your money back is priority 1. I did feel there was a relationship between your thread and the feedback system, but I(we) probably took it to far. Best of luck on getting this resolved and again I apologize for the hijacking the thread.
 
His refund is in Paypal, this will be my last post no need to ban. It just amazes me how quickly you self righteous bastards judge someone. I have bought and sold here for over a year and never a negative. One mishap that was out of my hands and I am the scum of the earth. Yes I did promise to pay him Friday, my fault and I apologize for that, but I was preoccupied with more urgent matters namely the attempted suicide of my father. So there is your excuse. I will not be back on this forum again. So you all can rest in peace and continue your circle jerk.

My condolences to you and your family. Losing a parent is one of the hardest things to go through in life, no matter your age.

Communication is the key to a happy transaction. If you take away anything from this, let it be that and that you should rethink how you ship fixed blades. Just throwing unsheathed fixed blades in an envelope or box with no protection is not acceptable. I'd say you're lucky that didn't cause another mishap or an injury even.

Did you refund my money or you mean that paypal froze the money from your account? Because I don't have it yet.

There are 3 people just on this thread(post 1,2 &27) that had less then perfect transactions with you, and we have over talked about why someone may not have a negative in feedback. Be it here or somewhere else there is certainly room for improvement in your transactions. It's not that hard to have smooth transactions-good communication , secure packing and fast shipping and item as promised. You seem to fail on at least 3 of the 4 and really 4 of 4 since the OP is getting his money back(hopefully) not the knife promised.

Customers tend to take performance of your promises for granted because its what they paid for.

Easy to see what you expect.
 
Personally, I wouldn't take the risk that the seller's post is false by piling on further. There aren't a lot of valid reasons for dropping everything else one's life, but that is, by God, one of them. Just sayin'.
 
I don't know about his personal life but he's lying about the refund, here's a screen shot of the claim, look at the time i took that 5 minutes ago.

He did have a lot of opportunity before the last stated crisis( which if true is terrible), and since to resolve this or at least notify the OP of why there was going to be a delay. However he also had his packages left off the USPS truck and bank account skimmed, so not enough money to pay refund. I get a little skeptical. I have read enough of these to know they may lack money, lack good judgement, lack ethics, but they never lack excuses. Regardless getting this fully resolved is all the OP wants. If he does that the OP will be happy, and the rest of us can do what we want, as far as dealing with or not dealing with the seller.

If what you're saying about your dad it's true, sorry about that but so far you've lied to me twice, you said you would refund my money on the 21st and that didn't happen, and now you said you gave me a refund this morning, another lie, I got the screen shot to prove it, paypal will eventually refund my money so I'm not worried, I just know that I'll put you on ignore and never deal with you again and hopefully some people will do the same.
 
I would hate if this excuse is true.......I get the feeling, noting his other BS excuses, this last one is false also.
How many times we have seen the BS excuses in this sub??
I'll play it safe and ignore.
