Count them! Who owns the most folding knives on BladeForums?

I believe at one time Powernoodle showed a pic or two of several storage bins worth of folders....im curious if he'd be willing to chime in.
 
I have around 250 or so, over 200 are Kai products (38 ZTs currently). I have actually started to liquidate some of the mid-range and lower knives to finance purchases of more expensive knives.

Glocks are work horses. They are easy to take apart. If you are hesitant to take one apart, take the Glock armour's class. You'll take apart your guns and put them back together again... over and over.... I am a Glock 23 person, but mostly carry small revolvers. The Glock is carried when I am going to areas where I suspect a threat to me. In which case, I have two on me.... and that isn't two knives. :rolleyes: I carry two knives a lot and if you count the iddy biddy SAK on my key ring, three.

Awesome! My bro in law is LEO and it's his glock I'm gonna buy. I've taken it apart a couple times but never shot it. He's shot it a thousand times without a single failure. I like that it's small and can accept a number of different size and shaped magazines. I would CC if i could but out here that's a big no no unless you're LE. I do carry a knife everywhere I go though! Mostly my sebenza or my recon 1. Thanks for the advice!
 
I will say without a doubt Powernoodle does. If it folds he has one.

I'm pretty sure she has me beat by a large sum, but here is goes.

This is about 80% of my collection (horde:D), there are quite a few in my truck, work bag, backpacks, gun bags, etc. and probably some that I've forgotten about:D In these pics, there's roughly $12,000 in blades:eek:

Completely understand what which constitutes, "moderate in amount" for a knifenut could be subjective.

Now I'm impressed. She did live in a mobile home, but she was able to afford 3500 bladed objects AND the amount of food it took her to get into that shape?

Wow, either she really held it together for work, or there's some great benefits programs I'm unaware of.

Thanks! I definately use the 'Zaan quite a bit. My most used blades are my Seb', Thorburn L51, and my 'Zaan. Those 3 have been used the most (and hardest) by far!
 
300 plus and counting :D I did a poll like this sometime ago and from some of the replies I got 300 is nothing compared to some!

I have been doing this for a long time.. Last count.. 300plus (last yr) and added more..:p John:)
 
It appears to me that the conclusion I should draw from this discussion is that as far as my wife can tell, I don't have a problem until the count is well into triple digits.

That's a great thumbrule and it means I have some room to grow!
