Some are politically oriented and some are about quality issues. How would you like to be labeled a "Sinophile" just because of your position

Why? A Sinophobe means that a person views everything and anything related or originating from China negatively. I bet there are millions of people in this country who think Chinese made (name your product) is poor quality but love Chinese food. You usage of "Sinophobe" as a defense is really just name calling, Sorry if THAT disturbs you.
It has (and continues to be) a very interesting mix of knives, manufacturing, philosophy, and the nature of the human condition.
