Haha yeah it took me a min to notice that we had a similar pair going. I love it. Super smooth. I think itā€™s one of the best for the money hands down. Iā€™ve gotten lucky and found a couple bottles here locally but it does seem very hard to find most of the time.

Yes sir. As stated in my recent response, Iā€™d been looking for a long while. Very random find today. It wasnā€™t cheap and the state liquor tax added 25 smackers to the lofty price.

That said, itā€™s VERY tasty and has paired well w/ cigar, dinner, and even popcorn tonight. I think Iā€™ll stop by that hole in wall again ! šŸ˜

My neighbor, (who purchased my S&W 686+), had a bottle of Eagle Rare that he found locally and was kind enough to offer up a dram not too long ago. Good bourbon and Islay single malts are my primary interests when I make a rare visit to the ABC store.

Elijah Craig is always a solid option. Havenā€™t had the barrel proof yet but 129 is pretty hot! The bookers I just picked up is 130 and itā€™s got some bite to it. Iā€™ll have to keep my eyes peeled for some Elijah barrel proof!
