CPK "Knife love" ? Actual use pics. Not for Glamour shots

Some contest that was! How many swings? Looks like it might have put up a fight! 😀
You’re not wrong. It was a bit of a mismatch in favor of the BC……usually is, though.

It took 4 “ginger” swings only because my little bulldog wouldn’t keep his distance. After limbing the little Arborvitae tree, it could’ve been done with one swing, a$$h@le dog permitting ! 🤣

Ah so…the residual charge stored up in the insulators powered up the Christmas lights for this little tree. Clever! At least up until the power surge that did the tree in…which of course then required “ginger” swings of the lightweight tree removal tool to avoid a dog that wanted to help in this “prevent forest fires” effort. There WAS s story in those two photos after all! 😀

*** I've only ever heard that phrase/colloquialism used by Japanese folks, to indicate comprehension/acknowledgement.

New job as an HVAC apprentice. Figured I needed a good beater knife, BFK fit the bill perfectly. Cleaned out a cut for a duct the drywall guys did a sloppy job on. Ran into sheet metal and several screws.Blade kept cutting all day even though it looked abused. No ede damage to speak of, cleaned up good as new. This is my second CPK and I actually like it better than my UF1 which I let go a while back.20230502_104413.jpg

That's impressive...

...that the knife sustained so little actual damage.

Can't wait to see what it looks like after you work on it. (Please post up what you used and how long it took. Useful info for the tribe.)
