Like my wife says. He’s just a little dog dad.Well, this is new. Gus decided he didn't like the blinds in his way.....sigh
Guess I'm installing curtains now lol

He's a lean athletic 65 pounds and pretty dang strong, so I'm just glad he didn't rip the entire set down.Like my wife says. He’s just a little dog dad.
Lol- so true. My departed Japanese Mastiffs met me at the back door one day when I got home. I go into the living room to find a totally disemboweled Lazy-Boy with stuffing everywhere. They had jumped over the pet gate, had fun, then jumped back over. I had to laugh about it and from then on left the gate down. He's a lean athletic 65 pounds and pretty dang strong, so I'm just glad he didn't rip the entire set down.
He got scolded so that he knows it's not okay, but nothing extreme.
It won't matter in a few days, so no point crying over spilled milk. Sometimes dogs get a little mischievous. They're still worth it!
Fila “as in” Fila Brasileiro?Lol- so true. My departed Japanese Mastiffs met me at the back door one day when I got home. My Fila/GSD will launch over the pet gate on the stairs but it keeps the Pit from going upstairs when we aren’t home. Gotta pick your battles![]()
Well, mine is 7lbs and can’t reach the blinds lolHe's a lean athletic 65 pounds and pretty dang strong, so I'm just glad he didn't rip the entire set down.

Yes. Her dad was a beautiful brindle Fila who escaped his place for an encounter with a GSD in heat. He was 130lbs and seemed pretty ferocious when we went to see the pup. 2 guys were holding him on a chsin and he was lunging, barking, and slobbering. Owning Tosa’s, I love big dogs so I guess he picked up on it quickly and in minutes was letting us rub his belly as he rolled around. The owner offered to sell him to us because he had never seen him act like that. We couldn’t take a grown dog at the time as the Tosa’s would not have liked it, but we brought home the pup. She is a truly great dog but does not like anyone/anything outside of our family. Super affectionate and great with our pit. She is 115 lbs and fast as can be. She helps me with chores and loves to be anywhere we are, but especially when at the remote property.Fila “as in” Fila Brasileiro?
Our vet said Fila’s are the breed he has had the most trouble with regarding aggression towards staff (being strangers). Most Fila’s I have been around are stand-offish, but great with family. My girl is pretty ferocious at times but such a great family dog.I have been around a couple of them. Among the scariest capabilities in dogs I’ve ever seen. The owners had little kids and other dogs and such but strangers beware. Pretty dogs
Fine looking dog. Nicely marked. The lighting in that shot makes him look like there is a racing stripe running down the middle of his back carrying on out through his tail. High speed and handsome
Absolutely gorgeous dog. Love his name as well. This is my no longer with us Fila named Cleatus. He was 204 pounds
In a perfect world I would have a huge ranch with lots of big dogs!
Thanks.Fine looking dog. Nicely marked. The lighting in that shot makes him look like there is a racing stripe running down the middle of his back carrying on out through his tail. High speed and handsome
