What kind of wood is that? It's looking oh so very sexy.

It's Lacewood. Steve does a great job with all kinds of stabilized wood. But this is, perhaps, my absolute favorite. I can't believe how different the knife looks from stock; in a good way.

It's on its way to G2 for an amazing leather sheath, and then the project will be complete!
 
Knife arrived safely will be starting on the sheath this week, sweet work on the knife!!

Wow, that cerakote turned out great. I may just cerakote a few of mine as well. Thanks for sharing.
 
It's getting much closer, starting the stitching tonight, she's all dyed up so I expect to be able to ship out this week, here's a shot quickly taken during the time I was forming it around the knife, leather was almost dry at this point, before the knife was wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent any moisture from transferring from leather to knife;
