Thanks, Chris. Don's small EDC is just perfect to prepare things for the fillet knife. I strip things back and fillet the breast out, then trim off the legs. I have a great new recipe if you want to PM me. I am a huge fan of the chase and the meat, also. The one on one aspect of the hunt does it for me. Plus, favorite time of year to be in the woods.
