Custom Slipjoints

Jim, please carry this one...Life's short, my Friend!
I know you'll enjoy CEing & CFing this Boss Bose!
Vince, you rock!

Life is short, I may carry for a while, then send back to Tony for a fluff & buff. But I may be counting chickens before they hatch, the PO could lose the package and then some one else will be carrying my knife.

But then again, it is not my knife yet, Vince does not have money yet.:)

Oh the mail service scares me.;)

Jim

This is an old one of Bob Cargill, bolster release and lock, his invention I was told.

My second knife from Mike rolled on in today.
(the black pearl above)

Holly moley, his fit and finish is awesome, up there with any knife I own. This is the best knife for the buck I have ever purchased. So much so that I called to thank him and got in line again. I am in shock over the quality Mike delivered.

That's one hell of a disease ! :D

I think I counted 14. Hard to tell. . . .I was experiencing bouts of lightheadedness. :D
Sorry to made you light headed, in fact, there are 16, you can count them better from the straight on shot, rows alternate three ea, two ea, and just one up front.

I did not put out the ones from Jeff Cover, I have just a few of his. You might say I have a disease Not Cover ed by Insurance

Ya gotta forgive Gig, he works hard and at the end of the day, sometimes he does not want to take his shoes off so anything above 10 get's kinda fuzzy.

Man, I can not wait 'till Blade maybe not though, Gig may slap me silly.

+1 :)

My Interframe Doctor's showed up today as well. Can't ask for better quality, IMO. One of the most elegant knives I've owned. The photo does not do the pearl justice. Now, the only decision is which one is next :D

Thats one heck of a Cover collection. Nice work. I really like that stag in the back left row.

Thank You, here is a little closer look for you, early Ray Cover, he quit doing file work because he called them dust catchers. It is one of my favorites.

PS: Wonder who I got it from?:)

The 14 count was a stab at humor. On a positive note. . . .I now be knowin' howz to count. :D

Is that part of being "folksy". . .using all appendages to count ? :p Problem though. I tried your method and I'm unable to get beyond 16. Four digits mysteriously disappear as I'm counting. :D

 :D

That Hanson feller can make a knife now...boy howdy! Do you have any shots of the back springs?
