Custom Variants of the Diskin Fire for Blade Show

Picked up a DLC'd Fire w/LSCF.....that's No. 3.....Tres Hombres.

Got an original LSCF in 3D from Matt last year thanks to Joe, snagged the Damascus Custom at Blade thanks to Joe and needed that DLC blade-treatment to make kind of a set....not a finer, more robust, D/A for the money that I know of.

Follow-up on my Fire:

I sent it back to Matt and he took care of me. Turns out the Pivot screw had come loose causing the lock bar to push the blade to the side. Not much of a concern since this thing fires SO hard. Matt tightened up the Pivot Screw and used some loctite. If it needs tightening down the road Matt said a simple number 10 torx driver is all that is needed. It feels much tighter now, and a bit harder to fire, but I'm sure that will loosen up a bit. Either way I'm excited to get it back and that Matt took great care of me. :)

Pic of how the blade looks now.

Looking forward to seeing what the flipper looks like.

Awesome on every way :)

Thanks Eric for the follow up

Like I said earlier a company is only as good as its customer service and Diskin Knives is run my a man of honor

Eric at first I needed two hands to fire mine, after a week or two it breaks in beautifully.

Hey Joe nuff with the teasing, get us a peek at least. :D

Hey, I've been curious about something with my Fire. What's the hardness rating of the Elmax used in these?
