Rest easy and get well soon, Moose. Smoke inbound. If it didn't crush the bone and doesn't get infected, you will probably be just fine. It's gonna really be unpleasant for a few weeks, though. :(
 
How yah feelin Moose? If your ok give us a thumbs-up...... All kidding aside i too just went through some crap with my finger, but I smashed my middle finger with a 300 lb pipe and had to get stitches through my nail and out about an inch above my cuticle. Hope you heal up fast.Keep that thing clean, fingers are prone to infection. I used a saline solution that comes in a spray that worked really well. Hope you get well soon.

Hope you feel better soon Moose. Could have been much worse as you know. At least it wasn't a more tender portion of the moose trapped in the gears. :D hope the booger flicker heals up nice. :thumbup:

A bunch of years ago, I took the end of my middle finger of my left hand down to the bone with a power planer and I'm not even an electrician!!! :eek: Physio, to get full range motion back, was fun.
