Why haven't you proven that he has? All we have are your unsubstantiated accusations. It may well be Dale reneged, but you haven't proven it.
No offense intended, Franklin, but you're starting to come across as a bit of a nutjob, IMO. You claim that you really don't care what others think of you, but you might find yourself thinking otherwise next time you go to bid on a knife here, or offer a trade, and the respondent turns you down because he or she would rather not do business with you because you're perceived to be more trouble than you're worth.
Because you call someone out over "renegging" on a deal when there is no proof of a "deal". You have lost nothing.
Then you badger him to post email about another deal with someone else that you think you saw him "reneg" on.
Once again he comes back and politely states his case despite your vulgarity.
You put it on him to provide emails that you should be posting since you called him out.
Others have stated they did not have a problem and would like you to post them. You still do not. So now you are doing us all the disservice of retaining in secret this ever-so valuable and incriminating evidence.
On top of all that, you're starting to come off sideways. It was explained to you that "no harm, no foul" is better than risking your reputation but you don't seem to care or understand.

Why haven't you made a case to prove that Dale renigged? You've made plenty of whining posts about being wronged without providing one bit of evidence. The hilarious part is that you expect accusee to provide the details...when you are the one making the case against him?
Let's break it down in simple terms:
- Accuser makes a thread. In case you just got here, YOU are making the accusations.
- Accuser presents evidence. We're still waiting.
- Accusee defends himself. What you are expecting Dale to do right now, and yet you have yet to do the second step?
Do you call the police to come arrest people "just because"?
Any wonder why you are getting taken to the lash?

It's fasinating how all of this goes sideways, when the accused posts an email then clams-up without any follow-up... especially of his own suggestion of posting the unedited emails.
If you'd read all of this, you would have noticed 2-weeks worth. Now you know... it's not worth it.
Obviously he picked the email to post. Screw him! All I know, he screwed me over, with jacking around for 2 weeks. If he was going to keep his figgin' knife, he shouldn't have accepted my Strider PT in trade.

Apparently, I am not the only person here who "isn't satisfied" with your evidence.
If you were the President of the United States, could you have someone arrested and jailed for no crime? Evidence speaks, and you've provided none - other than crying foul.
And you don't have the same emails to post? People have been asking you to post the emails since the beginning.
And as far as getting bent out of shape because he won't post "the evidence" to "prove you right"...what country are you from? Are defendants expected to incriminate themselves where you are from?
I could care less about who is right between you or Dale...but what I do care about is your asinine expectation that someone should be "guilty" in a court of peers because you say they are, without any evidence to suggest otherwise. And then you get your panties in a bundle because he won't incriminate himself. :jerkit:

LOL I realized the error in saying this after I posted it...Yes. As long as you don't use a local prison to torture them.
But realistically...at some point even the POTUS would have to answer for wrongfully jailing somebody for no reason... That's what due process is all about, thanks to the 5th and 14th Amendments. :thumbup:
