learned that from my Mom. melt some butter... no, make that lots of butter, mix in some minced garlic, some seasoned bread crumbs, and some parmesan cheese. pack that into the top of the artichoke,then steam it it in water with a little lemon juice until tender.

Oddly "rocky mountain oyster" doesn't seem to appear. I am convinced this is the type of thing only included in hot dogs along with lips and sphincters. But hey, no offense Tom!
