Shit I am on week 130 of my training and I am still scrawny. Better be careful about bulking up too much. Soon you won't be able to scratch your back.

No, I was doing their other workout for a few weeks, Insanity, but stopped because I couldn't wake up at 5-5:30am any longer. I've heard great things things about both Insanity and p90x if you stick with the program. Currently I do a mix of both high intensity cardio and and weight training, plus I watch what I eat.

You're a crazy yogi! I barely survived those 10 days, my mind can't comprehend what 130 weeks would be like. I won't get bulky, my goal is to get more ripped!
 
It actually isn't all that bad when you do it everyday. The hardest part is making it there and getting into that hot room. I still get the shit kicked out of me everyday. I am hoping to pull this one off (full camel) as my optional this year. I didn't quite touch my elbows to the floor last year. Standing head to knee and standing bow are still the ones that gives me the hardest time.

Check out this years Mens World Champion Joseph Encinia. He came in 2nd last year and the year before that. He was plagued with Rheumatoid Arthritis and had a heart attack when he was 13yrs old from his medication. A example that many great things are possible if you put your mind to it.

You already have a good body to start (unlike me, I used to be chubby!), just include 30-40 minutes of high intensity weight training. I like to go higher rep with little rest in between.

Considering how long some of the top ranks guys have been doing this, you're still relatively new. Your dedication should bring you a long way in the tournaments to come. :thumbup:

Damn! From 2:17+, that's a crazy amount of strength and balance. Amazing stuff the human body can do if trained properly.
 
Yeah, that push-up to scorpion is pretty sick. The way he transitioned from sitting to handstand is also crazy. Takes a crazy amount of strength but he made it look effortless.

Made a sheath for the BT6 variant and got the Small Bowie and Clip Point BT4 ready for etching and handles.

I made a slightly larger handle Pikal based on feedback from a customer and Southnarc. I still prefer the 3rd gen. But the newer one in prototype phase may be the ticket for guys with bigger paws.

Nice stuff Ban! I like the BT6 "Pineapple Express" and Bowie! Curious how wider pikal feels too.

DANG!!!! You fella's have been busy!!! Been busy myself....Got Married (finally) on May 21st, and just got back from my 2nd Safari in South Africa last Thursday!!! Got my Waterbuck and a nice Nyala...oh, and I killed a Wildebeest with my Battle Rat (have to tell that story later)!!! Work's still keeping me REAL busy too, but I'll try and swing by here more often to keep up with the happening's!!!

Stump, congrats!! Based on your proposal story, you two sound perfect for each other! Come back soon, we have to see some pictures from your trip and hear that story! Also, we need to send you back to Africa armed with only Ban's Tigress and Pikal to do some hunting, hahah. :thumbup:
